Our client, an innovative and established nonprofit dedicated to advancing technological innovation to benefit humanity, is seeking a Corporate Governance / Compliance Paralegal on a 4-6 month, contract basis. Main job duties include assisting with development of key compliance programs, covering applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies, reviewing SAAS agreements and other vendor contracts, assembling and analyzing key compliance data, and assisting the General Counsel on a daily basis. The ideal applicant will have 5+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience (with focus on Corporate Governance & Compliance), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
