As a result of Geico’s digital and data transformation, the Legal team operates in a demanding and fast paced environment. As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you are a master at combining strategic leadership and operational excellence. You are a trusted advisor to the Legal team and run point on a wide range of critical activities including operational cadence, internal communications, strategic planning, metrics, and cross functional projects. You represent the Chief Legal Officer with key partners and leaders when needed and build and leverage strong cross-functional relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a big picture thinker, but also be able to dive into the details across every aspect of the Legal team. With your efforts, the Legal team is executing at a higher level than ever before, and the Chief Legal Officer is focused on the highest risk, highest value issues for the company.

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
