This position is responsible for DOT Compliance, IFTA tax reporting and asset registrations for their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and record miles driven, gallons delivered, fuel consumption and loads dropped for use in IFTA/IRP filings and KPI reporting.
• Administer DOT Driver Qualification Files.
• Administer DOT Driver Drug and Alcohol Consortium.
• Manage driver carding at the loading terminals.
• Manage asset and company loading clearance at the terminals.
• Assist with the truck camera monitoring system and video reviews.
• Monitor and manage hours of service for DOT compliance and assist drivers as needed.
• Track drivers’ qualification expirations and advise Ops Managers, such as CDL license, HazMat certification and medical cards.
• Organize and assist with DOT audits.
• Administer truck and trailer registrations/plating.
• Administer permitting as needed for truck and trailers.
• Administer form 2290 Heavy Vehicle Use registration.
• Administer driver MVR reviews.
• Assist regional HSE Manager as reasonable and needed.

Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required

• Knowledge of US DOT regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Sharepoint

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements

• Remit is Central & East Region and travel frequency is Low.
