Our client, a leading independent power producer focused on solar and storage, is looking to grow their legal team. They are looking for an experienced attorney who has a background in EPC agreements, MSAs, O&M agreements, procurement agreements, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, O&M agreements, MSAs, procurement agreements, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as, development, O&M, asset management, project finance, etc.
  • Manage outside counsel
  • Provide legal support to the construction, engineering, and development teams

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • 3-4 years of experience either a law firm or in-house corporate setting with exposure to renewable energy
  • Experience with EPC, procurement, or asset management in regards to renewable energy
  • JD from a US ABA accredited Law School with an active license to practice law in the US
