To ensure protecting HCL best interests by mitigating legal risks.

  • To draft, negotiate, vet, execute the contracts of Global Procurement Contracts
  • To give opinion and provide advisory on small cases to different teams
  • To monitor and guide the team members
  • To prepare documents for IPR and compliances
  • To provide support to EHS, HR, Admin, Marketing on various legal issues and cases
