Job Description

The DC office of Clifford Chance seeks finance focused attorneys who have experience in the following areas:

  • US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects
  • Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects
  • Construction to back-leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits, particularly on the tax equity/investor side, is a plus

The candidate should have solid experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience


Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2021. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
