What You'll Do

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Legal Operations leader to propel our legal team's efficiency and effectiveness. This strategic role involves managing and optimizing workflows across the entire legal spectrum. You'll report directly to the General Counsel of Privacy and Business Affairs, acting as a vital bridge between legal and various global teams. Responsibilities

 

  • Be a visionary leader, adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing impactful solutions.
  • Leverage your 3+ years of legal operations or legal program management experience in-house to drive operational excellence.
  • Champion the adoption and optimization of legal technology and improve existing implementations (Ironclad, Salesforce, etc.) to streamline operations.
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and lead collaborative teams to achieve shared goals.

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
  • Demonstrate exceptional follow-through and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication, clearly conveying complex legal matters.
  • Approach challenges proactively, anticipating issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Be highly adaptable and collaborative, embracing cutting-edge technologies to amplify Fireblocks' performance.

For employees hired to work from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $x - $x. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
