Senior Legal Process Specialist

Combine your passion for designing innovative solutions with our Legal Operations team. Be part of modernizing the processes and systems that sustain Progressive’s legal functions. As a senior legal process specialist , you will be responsible for advanced technical support to our Process Consultants. You will also respond to high complexity inquiries from the legal support team, system users, HR & Legal Systems and IT regarding specific states and/or systems and procedures. Responsibilities will also include participating and/or leading system projects supporting legal department improvements. This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven and demonstrated process improvement and change management successes.
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business-related discipline (e.g., Business Administration) and 5 years professional work experience
- In lieu of a degree, 7 years professional work experience
Preferred Skills
- Advanced subject matter expertise in Legal Operations, Litigation Case Management Systems and content management
- Advanced knowledge of legal, process, technology, and operations
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and problem framing.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Compensation
- $72,250 – $85,000/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
