
Energy Advisory Associate (Tax)

We are currently seeking a 6th to 8th year tax associate with experience or an interest in energy transactions to join our energy team in our Washington, D.C., New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Houston, or Dallas offices. The ideal candidate has significant experience in transactional matters (including tax research, writing, planning and reviewing tax provisions of transactional documents). This role will focus primarily on renewable energy matters, including tax credits and tax equity, and may also involve tax matters relating to traditional energy (such as oil and gas).

Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
