The Staff Attorney Group is looking to hire an attorney with at least 3 years of creditor’s rights experience to join our Pittsburgh-based team. Responsibilities include preparing subpoenas, garnishments and other legal filings, managing pre-litigation matters and negotiating matters to resolution. Prior experience representing creditors is required. Case management experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence.
