Posted Sep 26 As a senior corporate attorney in our Regulatory Affairs Practice Group, you’ll work with our regulatory enforcement team to respond to regulatory inquiries and market conduct exams from insurance regulators involving personal auto, motorcycle, recreational vehicles, boat/watercraft, commercial auto, commercial lines, property, and other lines of coverage. You’ll be working closely with senior leaders throughout the organization as you respond to regulatory issues, draft responses to questions and criticisms, advise on compliance issues, and negotiate with regulators. Additionally, you’ll lead outside counsel, respond to elevated consumer complaints, and advise on other compliance related matters.
Must-have Qualifications
- Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of 5 years of post-degree legal practice experience.
- Active license to practice law in at least one state; Active or Corporate license in state where working (or eligible to be)
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience working directly with state insurance regulatory officials
- Experience managing market conduct examinations in a property and casualty setting
- Proficiency advising companies on insurance regulatory compliance and the requirements for OFAC, FCPA, and AML programs
- Strong legal, analytical, problem solving, drafting, and risk assessment skills
Compensation
- $137,360 - $156,100/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
- Participation in our restricted stock units plan

- This is a remote role
- Must be willing to work eastern standard business hours
