Franchise Attorney

We are 100% virtual with attorneys and staff located across the country. Candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.The firm is seeking an attorney with 3 to 10+ years of franchise law experience (litigation or transactional) to help with a busy and diversified business and franchise practice. The successful candidate will have a sense of humor, ability to adapt, willingness to pitch in on whatever, strong work ethic and ability to take responsibility to push deals to completion. No book of business required. Competitive salaries with bonus opportunities. Low billable hours requirement (1,300). Due to the virtual nature of the firm, we do not currently provide health insurance. The position has an annual salary range from $130,000 - $180,000 depending on experience plus bi-annual bonus opportunities.
