Interiors Services & Support (ISS) Contracts has an opportunity for a Manager, Contracts to join the team as a part of a group of experienced Contracts professionals.
The successful candidate will be skilled in contract negotiation, recognized as a highly adaptive and critical thought leader and capable of working within integrated project teams while adhering to corporate governance, policies and procedures in a fast moving and dynamic environment. Candidate must be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, an active team player, and capable of adapting contracting approach in an environment with rapidly changing digital technologies and competing priorities.
What You Will Do:
Maintain Exceptional Organizational Standards: Manage and organize a high volume of complex contracts and projects efficiently, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and corporate policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support contract management processes. Exhibit Outstanding Communication Skills: Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related matters, clearly and effectively communicating complex terms and conditions to stakeholders and facilitating smooth interactions within global integrated project teams. Collaborate Effectively as a Team Player: Actively participate in and contribute to integrated project teams, supporting team objectives through cooperative problem-solving and shared expertise to drive project success in a dynamic work environment. Adapt Contracting Strategies to Evolving Technologies and Priorities: Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting contracting approaches to meet the demands of rapidly changing digital technologies and shifting project priorities, ensuring effective negotiation and execution of contracts in a fast-paced setting. Review and Develop Proposals: Assess customer requests for proposals by identifying requirements, reviewing terms and conditions, and assisting in proposal development. Facilitate the process of securing necessary management approvals for proposal submissions. Negotiate and Execute Contracts: Lead the negotiation and execution of complex customer contracts, ensuring that terms align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Identify and Mitigate Risks: Analyze risk elements in business transactions and contracts, offering effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential liabilities and enhance contract stability. Support and Integrate with Global Teams: Provide support to global integrated project teams, gaining in-depth knowledge of technical aspects related to products and services to contribute effectively to project success. Provide Strategic Contractual Advice: Deliver strategic analysis and recommendations on contract matters, offering expert advice on various topics such as intellectual property, indemnity, and liabilityPrepare and Manage Contract Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for legal and contract negotiations, ensuring clarity and accuracy in contractual relationships and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experienceMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
