Commercial Litigator – Contract Litigation SME
LOD/ Consilio is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to support a law firm based in North Carolina that advises clients across industries. This is a contract opportunity that is Hybrid and/or Remote and Full-Time.
Job Details: Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Duration: 2-4+ months Full-time: either 15 or 40 hours a week - no overtime & open to Part-Time and Full-Time candidates Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $70/hr
Ideal Candidate: -5+ years' experience of commercial litigation, with heavy breach of contract experience. -Experience with HR/ Employment law consulting and counseling is required. -Experience providing litigation support, including motions and pleadings; ex. motion to dismiss, summary judgement, etc.
Requirements: -Must be actively licensed to practice law in the United States. -Ideal candidate can commute onsite 2-3 times a month ideally to discuss cases before trial. -Capability to work with a larger team.
