Consilio’s client is seeking an experienced IP Attorney to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with experience in handling a variety of IP-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for the company’s intellectual property needs, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other IP matters.
  • Advise on the protection and enforcement of IP assets.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and protect IP portfolios.

Qualifications: Significant experience as an IP attorney, with a solid understanding of IP law. Experience working with manufacturing companies is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
