Cooley LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Antitrust practice in Washington, DC. The position will focus on M&A antitrust matters, including merger reviews under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Ideal candidates will have: (i) a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, (ii) substantive knowledge of antitrust; (iii) experience with transactional matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and/or the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition; and/or (iv) other demonstrated background/interest in antitrust law.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
