Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has immediate openings for experienced Intellectual Property Associates. Ideal candidates must have 2-5 years of litigation experience, with preferred candidates having a primary focus on trademark, copyright, trade secrets and/or patent litigation. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid and full-time opportunities.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice i n the state they apply.
