
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Associate General Counsel, this role will be an integral member of a highly talented team, with responsibility to provide valued support to Cambria’s legal department. The Paralegal will provide legal support to a company's internal legal team by performing tasks like contract review, corporate record maintenance, research, document drafting, compliance monitoring, legal invoice review, and assisting with litigation matters, all while working closely with various departments within the organization to address specific legal needs related to the company's operations. The successful candidate will have demonstrated in-house or law firm paralegal experience and excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple tasks and individuals and will enjoy working on a variety of matters.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience in law firm or in-house legal department. Litigation experience is a plus.
Systems: Advanced computer technology skills, specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite applications.

Physical Requirements : 100% in-office position located in Eden Prairie, MN, requiring telephone and computer usage.
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $76,000 - $102,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
