This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.
Summary: NFP Corp. is seeking an experienced employment counsel to support NFP’s Human Resources Department as a member of the NFP Legal team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for drafting and revising offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and separation agreements. In addition, the individual will provide advice and counsel on performance management issues, accommodations, and risk mitigation strategies. The individual will report to the Vice President – Associate General Counsel, Employment.

The base salary range for this position is $126,000– $157,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
