Consilio's client is seeking an experienced litigator with 4+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and business disputes. This opportunity involves working on cases within the areas of commercial litigation, employment, real property, toxic torts, and intellectual property.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of litigation experience with a specific focus on complex civil litigation, including large-scale litigation and managing cases from intake to resolution.
• A current licens e to practice law in the state of California (active and in good standing).
• Experience drafting complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• The ability to distill research into meaningful and persuasive written work product and a strong attention to detail in ensuring the quality of work.
• A team-oriented mindset while assisting in trial and evidentiary hearing preparation.
• Confidence in serving as a representative of clients and the firm while meeting and conferring with opposing counsel.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, along with clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities.
• A dedication to client service, ensuring the best outcomes for all clients.
