Epiq Associate Solutions (EAS) is an innovative program that provides meaningful work and flexible hours to sophisticated and credentialed lawyers. This is not a first-level review document review service. Job Details EAS is partnering with an established confidential client to identify Discovery Attorneys with eDiscovery, Fact Research, & Writing experience. This is a limited duration role anticipated to last 4 weeks with opportunity for extension with this or other clients/projects.

EAS has an IMMEDIATE NEED for Discovery Attorneys. Those with immediate availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

If you have at least three years of substantive law experience and three years of eDiscovery experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail and interest in working for a leading organization, we encourage you to apply!

We are actively seeking Discovery Attorneys located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications:

  • JD Degree from an accredited institution
  • Active bar license in good standing
  • Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model
  • 3+ years of substantive law experience in litigation, investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government, or an in-house legal department
  • 3+ years of experience with eDiscovery, database tools, and an interest in certifications
  • Strong knowledge of the discovery process including preparing for depositions, fact research and drafting of fact memoranda
  • Experience in all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality assurance testing of coding calls
  • Strong experience in Relativity and familiarity with other eDiscovery tools
  • Experience in document review management at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firm
  • Experience in negotiating ESI protocols and testing keyword searches
  • Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals

Compensation

  • $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
  • This role is NOT a FTE role but rather an LDE (Limited Duration Employee) role
