Our client, a boutique general counsel law firm, is seeking an experienced intellectual property attorney to assist their practice in a part-time role. In this role, you will be responsible for handling intellectual property matters for clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Guiding clients through copyright and trademark processes.
• Filing copyright and trademark applications and renewals.
• Handling the copyrighting of software and trademarking of logos.

Job Details :

• Location – Remote
• Part Time – up to 20 hrs/week
• Start Date – April 1, 2025
• Duration – Indefinite
• Hourly rate - $75-85/hr

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of intellectual property law experience.
• Familiarity with copyright and trademark filing procedures, trademark use searches, forms and processes.
• Proven ability to handle copyright and trademark work with limited oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S (D.C., Virginia, or New York preferred)
