Senior Corporate Paralegal

Posted Mar 17 Our in-house legal team is looking for a highly motivated, pragmatic and commercially minded professional to provide support across a variety of practice areas, including international entity management, M&A, regulatory compliance and external counsel billing management.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage corporate records, including entity organisational charts and other structural documents
- Manage statutory filings with local regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local filings requirements and deadlines
- Assist with any incorporation, dissolution or restructuring of legal entities, including 30+ international entities
- Collaborate closely with the legal leadership and other key stakeholders to support special projects (e.g. M&A)
- Own external counsel billing and budgeting
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal Certificate is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience (although particularly strong candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of corporate secretarial obligations and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Great judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Customer and internal-client focused self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office required, AdobeSign/DocuSign preferred
