Position: Associate Attorney (Family Law Experience) Location: Boone, NC (On-site) Duration: Full-time
Requirements: Licensed NC Attorney with at least 1 year of family law experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to manage family law cases, negotiate contracts, and represent clients in court.
- Able to Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Able to Prepare legal documents and reports, and litigate in court as required.
- Able to Provide legal support to clients and work closely with other attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
- Experience: At least 1 year of family law experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong client relationship skills, legal document preparation, and courtroom experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to $150K.
