We are seeking a part-time California licensed real estate attorney with a minimum of two years experience as a real estate transactional lawyer to work in our Santa Monica office. The job would primarily involve purchases and sales, financings, and leases, drafting and negotiating operating agreements and reviewing title and survey.

Compensation starts at $100 per hour and increases with experience. We represent private real estate investment companies in Southern California, but handle transactions throughout the United States.
