About the Role: Stenger & Stenger, P.C. is seeking an Attorney licensed and located in the greater Metro Atlanta area to join our growing team in retail consumer collections. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in creditor’s rights and civil litigation and be eager to contribute to all aspects of file generation and litigation. This position involves close collaboration with paralegals, courts, and opposing attorneys, often requiring you to be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and legal guidance. As a key member of our team, you will handle court appearances across Georgia, prepare pleadings, manage dockets and cases, and interact daily with your team to ensure seamless case management. You must be tech-savvy, self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel throughout the state for various court matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing of the Georgia Bar.
  • 1-3 years of experience in creditor’s rights and civil litigation is preferred.
