Corporate Law Practice The firm supports a diverse range of clients with comprehensive corporate legal services. The Corporate Partner will advise clients in areas such as:

• Mergers & Acquisitions – Structuring and negotiating buy-side and sell-side deals across various industries

• Corporate Governance – Advising boards and senior leaders on fiduciary duties, compliance, and governance best practices

• Entity Formation & Structuring – Supporting startups, joint ventures, and emerging companies on formation and capitalization

• Private Equity & Venture Capital – Representing investors and portfolio companies in funding rounds and secondary transactions

• Commercial Financing – Assisting with debt and equity finance, convertible instruments, and credit facilities

• General Corporate Counsel – Acting as outside counsel for operational, transactional, and strategic legal needs
