About The Role
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for compliance and governance? Northumbrian Water Group is seeking a Head of Organisational Compliance to lead our compliance strategy and ensure we meet all legislative and regulatory obligations for our customers, communities, and the environment.
Reporting to the Regulation and Assurance Director, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust compliance processes and procedures. Your responsibilities will include reporting on overall compliance and associated risks with precision. Substantial experience at a senior level including presenting at executive and board level is essential. Additionally, you will ensure that an evidence base is established and retained in-order-to demonstrate compliance and compliant operations both internally and externally.
About You
You will have a proven track record in leading compliance monitoring, governance and reporting within a large organisation. You will be able to provide compliance advice across business areas and ensure compliant operations. Exceptional leadership, strong communication and collaboration skills are required. Your ability to craft clear and compelling strategies, business cases, and reports will be key to success in this role.
