REMOTE OR HYBRID/IN-PERSON POSITION. We are hiring for an experienced (5+ years) commercial litigator adept in federal practice (bankruptcy/restructuring litigation experience is a plus). The ideal candidate will have experience in avoidance/fraudulent transfer/alter ego matters and will be comfortable working with minimal oversight in drafting pleadings, analyzing claims and defenses, addressing discovery (including eDiscovery), analyzing defenses, and negotiating settlements. We are open to hiring outside of Connecticut for the right candidate who is either barred in Connecticut or eligible for admission via waiver.
