Commercial Contracts Attorneys

Konexo US is seeking several US-based commercial contracts attorneys for upcoming client engagements. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

• Start date: ASAP
• Work pattern: Part time to Full time hours
• Contract duration: Several months
• Location: Remote

What you should have:

• 5+ years’ commercial contracts experience, including drafting and negotiating vendor agreements, in financial services/banking/capital markets
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional research and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active member in good standing in the state of residence
