Partner Opportunity – Trial Attorney | 100% Remote | $250K–$400K

Our client, a top-tier Lemon Law defense firm in California, is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join as a Partner —no book of business required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead defense litigation in Lemon Law & Product Liability cases
  • Develop & execute trial strategies for high-stakes cases
  • Handle all aspects of litigation— pleadings, motions, depositions, trial & appeals
  • Collaborate with corporate clients & in-house legal teams

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Trial-ready litigator with first-chair or second-chair experience
  • Licensed in California
  • Experience in Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act) or Product Liability Defense
  • Strong strategic thinking & leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
