The Vendor Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with terms, and optimizing vendor relationships to align with organization goals.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with new and existing vendors.
- Review new and existing contracts to maintain and/or improve service quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed upon standards and KPIs.
- Resolve conflicts between company and its vendors
- Collaborate with departments to determine vendor needs and requirements.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor risk by identifying potential risks associated with contracts and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintaining detailed records of all contracts, correspondence, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
- 2-5 years of experience managing the full contractual lifecycle; including drafting, executing, amending and termination.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, dispute resolution and vendor performance SLAs.
Physical Requirements/Essential Duties
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching to access files or communicate with team members.
- Ability to lift up to 15-25 lbs. for handling documents, equipment, or office supplies.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, document handling, and using office equipment.
- Clear vision and hearing to read contracts, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight for vendor meetings, contract negotiations, or site visits.
