Xpodigital (www.xpodigital.com) is a rapidly growing digital signage and convention internet company looking for a standout Digital Signage Contract Specialist, with experience in compiling quotes for hardware and installation labor, contract review, purchasing, sales operations, with a Bachelor’s degree. Experience as a Contract Specialist in the hospitality industry is preferred.    Primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida, and eligible candidates must be currently residing in the metro Orlando area.   Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once you’ve gained competency in Xpodigital’s suite of products and technology (we value quick studies):

  • Work in HubSpot and with Business Development Managers setting due dates and timelines
  • Review all contracts that have entered in the Deal stage in HubSpot. Ensure accuracy in the SOW.
  • Provide regular updates to the BDM on the progress of assigned tasks. 
  • Request and compile quotes for hardware and labor from suppliers based on the SOW provided by DS Sales. 
  • Work with suppliers to confirm orders and that specifications meet the requirements described in the SOW.
  • Work with Accounting and Legal to issue purchase orders. 
  • Work with Legal to compile proper contract documents. 
  • Adjust SOW and proposals, as needed, at the direction of the DS Sales team.
  • Become proficient in utilizing Xpodigital’s XPG quoting software. 
  • Submit requests for design mock-ups to the in-house design team. 
  • Schedule site surveys to confirm measurements, screen counts and installation locations. 
  • Work with the Operations Team to coordinate video wall installations and wall preparation for power, data, and other structural considerations. 
  • Compile contract documents for sales proposals. Work with in house Legal to ensure the appropriate contract templates are being utilized and compiled accurately. 
  • Maintain accurate deal information within the CRM (Hubspot) and catalog all contracts. 
  • Utilize the CRM to ensure all tasks are being completed on time. Report task status weekly to the manager and Sales Reps. 
  • Conduct CMS demos for prospects.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure a smooth transition from client kick-off calls to post-installation support.
  • Work with Legal and Accounting to make change orders and adjust invoices. 
  • Join Sales on customer calls when needed - typically, during design and implementation discussions. 
  • 10% travel and when called for after-hours work may be required. 
  • Periodic hotel site surveys for basic information and specification gathering.
