I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a Leading Family Office who are looking for a Paralegal to join their team in NYC.

The candidate will be working under the firm's General Counsel with high exposure to other senior executives.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough legal research on various laws, regulations, and legal precedents, particularly those affecting broker-dealer activities.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including contracts, agreements, corporate governance documents, and compliance policies.
  • Prepare filings, briefs, memoranda, and other documents for submission to regulatory bodies (SEC, FINRA, etc.)
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining broker-dealer agreements, including clearing, prime brokerage, and custody agreements.

This would be a hybrid position and it would require relocation, if not already in NYC.
