Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in courts, arbitration panels, or administrative bodies.
• Prepare legal documentation, collect and analyze defense information, and advise clients on complex legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, applying precedents to various legal assignments.
• Manage cases by planning and initiating investigations, discovery processes, and evaluating potential exposure for settlement, arbitration, and trial.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Preferred experience in litigation.
• Strong enthusiasm, positive approach, and a team player mentality.
• Compassionate and client-focused attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing skills, legal research capabilities, and a robust work ethic.
