We are partnered with a leading developer, and owner-operator of utility-scale renewable energy projects, looking to add to their Legal team in Austin. This role will report directly to the General Counsel, and will primarily be focusing on project finance and M&A matters.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited Law School, and membership in at least 1 state bar association.
• 5+ years of legal experience in real estate and project development, with ideally 2+ working in-house.
• Experience working with large-scale renewable energy projects
• Comfortable wearing many hats and working in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to be in-office in Austin 3 days per week (They would also consider candidates in Chicago)
