The ideal candidate will have at least seven (7) years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and real estate disputes. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a named partner , offering close mentorship and exposure to complex matters in both federal and state court. While trial experience is not required, strong drafting, research, and case management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Appear in state and federal court for motion hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Manage caseload from inception through resolution under the supervision of a named partner.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, specifically in commercial and real estate matters.
• Experience in both state and federal courts.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
