Highly Visible Product Safety & Compliance Leadership Role / Growth Sector

The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged in a search for one of our top Global Manufacturing clients, working to identify a Regional Compliance Manager, NA (Head Role/ Multisite). This role will help them drive and create a world-class Product Safety & Compliance Program.

This role will be highly visible and will work as a “Regional Business Unit Head” role – reporting to the VP, North America. Helping them launch a comprehensive and sustainable program for Product Compliance & Product Safety.

We need a driven leadership that understands “World Class” Compliance Systems and Program Development.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Successful experience in Global Product Compliance
• ISO 37301 experience is a plus
• Experience with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CPA’s)
• Ability to Build a Program, and Drive Enterprise-Wide Initiatives
