This organization operates through multiple divisions, offering a diversified range of property and casualty insurance products tailored to small and mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate reinsurance agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Provide legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on reinsurance transactions.
Advise on regulatory compliance issues related to reinsurance operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting and claims teams, to support business objectives.
Stay abreast of changes in reinsurance law and regulations to proactively manage potential legal risks.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
5–7 years of post-qualified legal experience, with a focus on reinsurance.
