Essex Richards, P.A., is seeking a General Business / Corporate Attorney to join the firm. The qualified candidate will be responsible for representing clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters including the formation of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, along with managing legal risks to ensure clients are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and possess excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications: ·       Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. ·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. ·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. ·       5 years of experience working in Corporate in a law firm or in-house environment.
