Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in New York, NY. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and maintaining communication with clients and attorneys. Day-to-day tasks include drafting affidavits, filing court documents, managing correspondence, and assisting attorneys with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Law
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in conducting thorough Legal Research
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited program
