LOCATION:
- Hybrid, 3 days on-site in Fort Mill, SC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of both customer and vendor contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and risk guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support contract compliance, resolve operational issues, and communicate key contract obligations across departments.
- Implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies to strengthen contract review and administration practices company-wide.
- Serve as the main liaison for all contract-related inquiries, offering guidance on complex matters and preparing reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.
- Support and mentor contract team members on administrative processes, system data entry, and reporting while maintaining accurate records in legal databases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract negotiation, with strong knowledge of contract language and risk assessment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex terms to cross-functional, non-legal teams.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred.
