Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Paralegal, you will have responsibility for a wide variety of contracting related tasks, including summarizing contract data, revising contracts, creating initial drafts of contract amendments, objection letters and contract edits, preparing PowerPoint presentations on various legal topics, conducting legal research, and organizing and managing contract data.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Supports the legal department with various other duties as assigned by the VP Legal, including contract drafting and data organization and analysis.
• Supports the department with administrative functions, including scheduling, travel planning, and outside counsel fee reviews.

Job Requirements include:

• Associate's degree is Required
• 3 years of relevant experience (or law degree) is Required
• Paralegal certificate or 6 years’ experience as a paralegal is Required
• Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written) is Required
• Demonstrated ability to do legal research is Required
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage a high volume/variety of matters is Required
• Ability to work effectively with clients is Required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is Required
• Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions is Required
• Ability to multi-task is Required
• Proficiency in Power Point and Excel is Required
