Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Legal Director (Contracts). The Corporate Legal Director will be responsible for managing legal compliance, addressing legal issues, handling contract management, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The role involves tasks such as drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and leading M&A transactions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, Legal Compliance, and handling Legal Issues
- Proficiency in Contract Management
- Experience in managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is preferred
