Seeking an attorney for a mix of both litigation and transactional work. Practice areas consist of Construction, Banking, Business Disputes, Estate Planning and Probate, Employment Law, Business Formations and other areas of Civil Litigation. Candidates must be able to handle matters from start to finish and have excellent research and writing skills and be comfortable in depositions and in the courtroom.
