• e:Acting as the principal legal advisor to founders, executive teams, and boar
• dsManaging risk and compliance across areas including corporate governance, employment law, IP, privacy, commercial contracts, and regulatory framewor
• ksDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements (SaaS, vendor, partnership, NDAs, employment, etc
• .)Advising on fundraising, due diligence, M&A transactions, and investor relatio
• nsSupporting global compliance efforts across data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), employment regulations, and commercial operatio
• nsEstablishing legal processes, templates, and frameworks for early- and growth-stage business
