Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Attorney to join their Winston-Salem office.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Advise clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of corporate law experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• North Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
