The Firm is seeking attorneys with 5/6+ years of experience in document review. The Discovery Counsel position will have the ability to work remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates should either have 5/6+ years of experience in document review.
• Candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, and organizational skills.
• Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a commitment to social and economic justice, and an ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Candidates may be required to travel on occasion.
• Candidates should be licensed to practice law in the United States.

Please provide a cover letter that describes your experience developing the factual narrative of a case, including any experience creating chronologies, identifying deponents, and selecting potential deposition exhibits. The cover letter should identify the types of cases in which this work was performed (e.g., antitrust, securities, automotive defect, consumer protection, intellectual property, etc.) and the approximate percentage of total time practicing law devoted to this type of work.
