About - Excellent alternative investment management company in Florida is in need of lawyers from law firms or companies: associates, counsel and/or partners. Three positions available. At least 2 years of experience. Ideally, 2-10 years of experience. Florida bar is not required now or in the future. In-office role, 5 days a week. Compensation matches Big Law (all-in comp may even exceed Big Law). Very busy deal flow. Get involved with legal and business.

Required Skills - The company is in need of attorneys to join one of two teams:

  • The first is the equity side: generalist real estate experience with acquisitions, dispositions, finance, JV, development, and ground lease experience.
  • The second is the debt side: experience with leveraged finance, capital markets, and origination and securitization experience.

Pay range - Compensation matches Big Law (all-in comp may even exceed Big Law). $235k - $435k plus (depending on experience). Substantial bonuses that may even exceed Big Law bonuses.

  • In-office role, 5 days a week.
  • Florida bar is not required now or in the future.
