Law firm is seeking a Director of Attorney Professional Development to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement training programs, mentorship and/or coaching opportunities, orientation and onboarding initiatives, individualized learning plans, and leadership development pathways
• Oversee management of all Firm CLE compliance
• Manage & mentor the attorney professional development team.
• Develop attorney professional development budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• JD highly preferred
• At least 10 + years of experience in professional development required
• At least 7+ years of experience in professional development with prior experience as a practicing attorney
• Law firm experience strongly preferred.
• MS Office Suite & HRIS required
